Peel grab can be widely applied for handling mixed scrap, wod, chips, steel scarp and miscellaneous scraps. Tip and jaw material is designed for extreme abrasive wear conditions (HARDOX 400). Optimized geometry and moving element kinematics maintains high jaw and compacting force. Grab frame rebuts design is reached by advanced FEM studies.
Bearing axels are made of tool alloy steel. Oil distributor and hydraulic hoses are integrated info grab frame. The grab might be fitted with rotator drive or slewing drive for heavy applications. The grabs provide high durability and low maintenance, reducing costomers' downtime.
Application For waste metals disposal, stones, woods loading, unloading and moving. RK Machinery grabs are compatible with KOMATSU, KOBELCO, HITACHI, KATO, SUMITOMO, CATERPILLER, VOLVO, DOOSAN, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO excavators.
