Parkkvarteret is a residential block with 220 rental apartments and a total area of ~20 000 m2, developed by Skanska, with high environmental and social sustainability qualities.
UPB scope: precast concrete and steel structures, including design, production, and installation on site.
Project statistics:
- 1460 filigree slabs installed with an area of 16 300 m2
- 3300 m3 of concrete poured over filigree slabs
- More than 1450 precast walls installed
- Precast concrete delivered by 510 trucks
- 20 people installation team worked on site
